Hallo Leute hab sufu benutzt leider nix Aufschlussreiches gefunden . Hab wie schon erwähnt meinen 1. Neuwagen ein Citroën C4 cactus , sehr sehr zufrieden mit dem Auto . Hab schon seit 2 Monaten versucht apple Car Play zu benutzen , leider ohne Erfolg . Handy ist ein IPhone X mit iOS 12 .

Was sagt denn die Bedienungsanleitung? Eigentlich muss man nur mit dem Lightningkabel verbinden und auf dem Handy CarPlay zulassen. Am Radio muss man dann im Menü "Quellen" nur noch die richtige Einstellung auswählen.

Ja alles versucht . Hab am Samstag nen Termin beim freundlichen mal sehen was er meint . Ich hab’s nämlich auch mit dem Handy meiner Frau versucht gleiches Problem sie hat ein IPhone 6

um Car Play zu verbinden muss im Profil privatmodus ausgeschaltet sein . -
Hey could you please elaborate more on how u were able to fix the problem. I have a 2018 cactus as well with recently updated firmware. For some reason I don’t have the connect nav button on the side (should be 6 buttons but I only have 5) and also no mirror link and CarPlay on the display.

hi. The missing nav button sounds like you have the cheapest equipment line. without navi, without carplay, without dab radio, without automatic headlight function and without automatic climate control. it doesn't change that the software is up-to-date if the hardware is not installed... do you have a german vehicle or from which country? the equipment varies in different eu markets. Please upload a picture where you can see the buttons….
